art-of-football-coutinho-t-shirt

Art of Football Coutinho T-Shirt £14.99

Art of Football create hand crafted designs try to emulate the energy, passion and euphoria that erupts from that one magical kick of a football. They only produce a limited number of each design, so your t-shirts & prints, like any good piece of art, are exclusive and completely original.

For the little (or big) football fan in your life these t-shirts are perfect. These are not your average football tops, these are something special. These are pieces of art. That artwork captures the excitement of the game, I’ve seen all the men in my family laugh, cry and maybe even a few expletives slipping out while watching and it’s hard not to get caught up in the moment with them too. Champions League 2005 is a stand out for me, watching from behind a cushion with my teen. Choose your team – in our case Liverpool- and then your  item, available are great quality t-shirts, sweats, prints/canvases and also other sports such as rugby and boxing. So if you’re looking for something a little bit special I’d definitely recommend having a look at these guys.

Perfect for the bedroom of any gamer!

Tony-Dury-Novella-Nostalgia-Series

Novella Nostalgia Series by Tony Dury £5.99 each

Lunch With Harry: Volume 1 (Novella Nostalgia) Tony Drury*

Lunch with Harry pays tribute to Breakfast at Tiffany’s where it transfers the tale to Regent Street in 2016. Audrey Hepburn is recreated in Dr Ella Van Houten who has been imagining she is Holly Golightly the character that Audrey Hepburn played in Breakfast at Tiffany’s.  When Ella steps on a man’s foot outside Hamleys the book tells the story of how they begin a relationship. The story takes place in London, Europe and through Lunches with Harry.

Twelve Troubled Jurors: Volume 2 (Novella Nostalgia) Tony Drury*

Is the second story in the series and is a nod to Twelve Angry Men. This story follows a Crown Court case and whilst the Judge requires a unanimous verdict from the Jurors however reasons transpire for some of the Jurors needing to be let go. As the last chance for a verdict approaches two jurors lock horns.

Forever on Thursdays: Volume 3 (Novella Nostalgia) Tony Drury*

The third book in the series Forever on Thursdays is based on the film Brief Encounter. Carey and Mark meet when Carey is the victim of an assault at a railway station and Mark is her saviour, after going for coffee they soon end up meeting every Thursday. Whilst Carey is trying to save her loveless marriage she begins to write a book, as she falls in love with Mark she uses this romantic experience to inspire the story she is writing.

I always find buying for my Step Dad really difficult and I’m sure he’s sick of getting warm jumpers each year but something I do know he loves is a good book, particularly something a bit different. These great books by Tony Drury certainly fit the bill. Linking iconic cinema classics with modern stories, these are short but great and just right for stocking fillers!
